Returns

You can return items within 30 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, and in their original packaging.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs from Canada to the USA.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 5-7 business days.

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different product please return the item and place a new order.
